Montgomery College Staff Union, AFSCME
local 2380, is holding regular meeting. Everyone in the bargining unit
is welcome to attend. Members who have signed card officially joining are
even more welcome. Soon to be members who have signed cards to join as
external members so we can negotiate them into the bargining unit are also
very welcome. The Librarians, who were excluded from the faculty union
and were excluded from the representation election by Dr. Frank Tusa, who
have all signed external membership card are most welcome. Of course, elected
officers are expected to attend unless they have a really good reason for
not being there, hey we all have jobs, families, and a life.
